The Rev. Dr. Thomas Hoffmann is the lead pastor of Hope United Methodist Church, and a certified English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor.  He has taught English both in the US and in Russia.  He spent last summer living in Cacalote, Oaxaca, Mexico, trying to learn Spanish and swimming in Playa Roca Blanca.
